1 Day - Slow Day

The Slow Day is a one day program to support slowing down reconnecting us to nature through Forest Bathing, and introducing restorative self care through Clean Eating and Conscious Resting

A day for taking care of yourself and to retune to the restorative frequency of nature where one reconnects to nature through a Forest Therapy Walk Experience, takes the time to enjoy a delicious meal in the forest and learn about Clean Eating, while slowing down and experiencing the practice of Embodiment and Conscious Resting.

The Morning Session

The day will start with a Forest Bathing walk experience that will support the slowing down and enhance our sensory connection to the natural world around us.

The Midday Session

A delicious Clean Eating meal in the forest and an educational conversation about the principles of Clean Eating, recipe sharing and tips and tricks for an easy integration into daily life.

The Afternoon Session

Embodiment and Conscious experiences and practices, sharing and learning simple techniques to provide self care to truly rest, restore and replenish our energy levels in both body and mind.

The Takeaway

A rested body, mind and soul. A handful of simple tools to take back home with you; empowering you to continue your own practice of nature connection and self-care; restoring and revitalizing both body and mind. You will complete the day feeling renewed and restored.
